If you purchased 1 lesson and received the information, there is no refund.
If you are unsatisfied with the service and purchased a 5 or 11 lesson package you can receive a refund for lessons not used minus $25 for each lesson used.
Lessons not used will never expire, but refunds will not be issued after 6 months of purchase.
